What are your proposals to accelerate the digital transformation of companies and return to a new post-pandemic normal?

Digitisation would be core to any activity including customer centric process. eInvoice etc would make that way faster & smoother, more customers and partners would transact digitally and the same will be also true for employees. So overall post pandemic, if not already, digitisation would take centre stage.

Can you please share some of the unique lessons learned from Covid-19?

COVID has indeed accelerated digital initiatives like work from home, zero contact business, cloud footprint, remote work force mobilisation, remote surveillance, intelligent facility management system, robotics, ML & AI based BOTS & other human independent system.

What technologies and trends will your organization be focusing in 2021?

Cloud as infrastructure, various SAAS, remote workforce monitoring, DLP, endpoint protection, SDWAN, Application Modernisation, SSO & Security portfolio enhancement.

How will the cybersecurity sector look in a post-COVID-19 world? What do you expect to be different when it comes to cybersecurity and hiring in a post-COVID-19 world?

Cyber Security initiatives for any organization will skyrocket, especially internal and perimeter firewall & EDR facilities have to be upgraded multiple times.
