Acquisition enables Unisys to offer advanced capabilities for addressing the rapidly-growing digital workplace solutions market
Mobinergy, a firm that specialises in Unified Endpoint Management, has been bought by Unisys Corporation, a worldwide IT solutions company (UEM). Unisys will fund the deal with cash on hand and will focus on expanding Mobinergy’s global activities in order to strengthen its UEM business.
Unisys’ existing UEM expertise will be expanded and enhanced by Mobinergy, which has operations in France, the United Kingdom, and Germany. According to Grand View Research, Inc., the UEM market is predicted to reach $3.4 billion in 2020 and increase at a CAGR of around 32 percent through 2027.
Mobinergy is Unisys’ second acquisition in the digital workplace solutions area this year. Unify Square, a premier experience management supplier for secure collaboration and communications platforms, was purchased by the firm in June 2021.
