SAP Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) has announced the appointment of Subramanian (Subbu) Ananthapadmanabhan as Senior Vice President (SVP) and Head of Midmarket, APJ. He steps into the role previously held by SVP Claus Andresen, who now takes on leadership of Cloud Success Services, APJ.
Subbu will lead a regional team assisting small and medium enterprises to leverage the power of intelligent enterprise solutions to transform their business. He will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, focusing on cloud hypergrowth, identifying and building opportunities in new market segments and driving customer lifetime value.
Subbu was previously Head of Midmarket, SAP India, where he has built a customer-centric, partner-first business. Before joining SAP in 2012, he held leadership positions at Oracle and IBM.
