by CIO AXIS

Minfy is a knowledge-driven company that uses a bionic approach to enable a symbiotic link between humans and deep technology. They assist businesses in accelerating their digital transformation, cloud adoption, and innovation efforts.

Minfy supports clients in Asia, Europe, and the USA, thanks to synergies with leading public cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, and GCP). Their cloud experience spans a wide range of industries, including BFSI, education, manufacturing, healthcare, and government. Minfy, which employs over 220 people worldwide, has a proven track record, having completed over 450 migrations, handled 100s of SMBs, and secured 20+ wins in the public sector since its founding in 2016.

Minfy is pleased to announce the opening of a Cloud Centre of Excellence in Hubli, Karnataka, in keeping with the remote-first approach. This is a significant step forward in Minfy’s Bionic journey. They chose Hubli as the location for the Cloud Centre of Excellence because they recognised enormous promise in the environment, particularly in the rising talent pool. Hubli is a Karnataka education hub, mainly for engineering schools.

The government, having invested in Hubli’s I.T. landscape and infrastructure, attracts a number of IT companies to participate. Hubli is the headquarters of the South Western Railway Zone and is noted for the ‘golden quadrilateral’ of highway networks, as well as its closeness to major cities like as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. Minfy is ecstatic to have established business in the area.

One of Minfy’s most important cultural characteristics is talent management, which finds its expression in Hubli. Minfy plans to grow by adding 100+ certified cloud professionals to their existing 220 employees as they get closer to becoming fully operational. Their mission is to find, train, and groom exceptional talent in order to develop future leaders.

Minfy promises to expedite learning and development, as well as offer cloud certifications at a rapid speed, by designing an enriching and well-structured training programme. After completing the program talent will be provided with an abundance of opportunities to work on a variety of projects, that cater to a diverse list of clients based in India and internationally. Increasing Minfy’s ability to provide 24×7 operational resilience for customers around the world, especially in the present pandemic situation.

Ashoka Kumar Jain, MD, said, “We will continue to invest and expand our operations in Hubli in an attempt to broaden the I.T. landscape, giving rise to the creation of knowledge job opportunities for local talent”
