Global software solutions and engineering services provider, Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC) has announced its plans to ramp up hiring by an additional 40% of the existing workforce across engineering verticals and grades, by the end of 2022. The 400+ new employees will be based out of HSC’s India R&D centers at Gurugram, Bengaluru, and new locations that are to be announced soon.

A brand-new facility at HSC’s India headquarters in Gurugram, Haryana was unveiled recently to accommodate the new members. This facility is spread over 40,000 sq. ft. thereby contributing to making the total combined built-up area of the Gurgaon campus to 120,000 sq. ft. With ergonomically designed workstations interspersed with recreational areas and state-of-the-art facilities, the new facility has been designed keeping in mind the needs and aspirations of the millennials at HSC. Apart from other precautionary measures to address the challenges posed by the current pandemic, the facility is equipped with advanced UV Sanitizing systems and offers many open-to-air unconventional workstations with pleasing landscapes.

Unveiling the new building and HSC’s plans to scale up hiring,  Vinod Sood, Managing Director, Hughes Systique said, “At HSC, we constantly endeavor to add creative engineering minds who identify with the zeal & passion of our existing talented delivery team, to augment the digital journeys of our customers. Our people are our strength. Employee centricity has always been one of the cornerstones of our philosophy. The addition of the new facility to the existing campus is a tangible testament of the same.”
