3i Infotech to hire over 1000 technologists to fuel growth plans in 2021

3i Infotech has announced its plans of recruiting over 1000 technical-functional professionals at their overseas and India based offices in Mumbai, Chennai, Noida, Bengaluru and Hyderabad this year, including 100 professionals for this quarter as part of a major recruitment drive. As part of its new growth journey, the company is hiring on a large scale to provide seamless support to its global clients.

With deep domain expertise across BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail & Government sectors, the company is looking to hire experienced professionals for their Application, Automation & Analytics (AAA) business unit at offices. The current hiring positions include – Senior Developers in dot net and Angular, Technical Project Managers, Tech Leads, Senior Java developers, Team Leads, Technical Project Managers, Business Analysts, Mobile App Developers and Quality Analysts. They are also looking at hiring professionals in deep tech positions for their cloud-first business unit that include – Oracle cloud infrastructure certified engineers, edge-ready cloud services, digital IMS of micro data centers.

COVID pandemic has opened the global access to talent across the world and has created the need to bring in more talent. India being their prime focus market this year, their concentration will be to build the foundation, cater to their people capabilities, processes, policies and be a global company. The company will be building transformational consulting capabilities into the organisation by hiring technologists with strong domain functional and industry experts to drive business transformation for its clients. The digital roadmap will be centred on combining the offerings with emerging technologies like – AI, Blockchain, Intelligent automation and no code to help clients add agility and innovation in their digital transformation initiatives. 3i Infotech will also hire experts in risk & compliance, GDPR, supply chain, telecom etc.

Our company will see developments in blockchain COE that will expand capabilities in building zero trust systems in the risk and compliance management. Seamless human and humanoids co-existence and collaborative working models is the way forward. The new telecom media, entertainment business units will focus on SD-WAN as services, SASE, edge computing, industrial IOT capabilities. The company had earlier announced that it aims to achieve an organic revenue growth of $1 billion by 2030.
