Kerio Technologies Introduces New Network Security Hardware Appliance

by CIO AXIS

Kerio Technologies announced the launch of a new addition to its Kerio Control hardware appliance range. With the new Kerio Control Box NG100, Kerio addresses the security needs of smaller businesses, protecting networks of approximately 10 users.

“Small businesses are attractive targets for potential hackers as they often have less security than larger organizations,” said Heather Paunet, VP Products. “The Kerio Control Box NG100 will provide these small businesses with easy and affordable  protection.”

The Kerio Control Box NG100 is a small and full-featured Unified Threat Management solution. It includes comprehensive firewall and router, intrusion detection and prevention (IPS), gateway antivirus, VPN and content filtering.

Designed for smaller businesses with employees that are both co-located or working in geographically dispersed locations, the new hardware appliance keeps the network, users and assets safe and secure, plus it contributes directly to employee productivity. The Kerio Control Box NG100 can be securely monitored and accessed anytime, from any device, though Kerio’s Cloud based centralized management MyKerio dashboard.
